Refund policy

Returns
Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer any exchanges or refunds due to all items being handmade to order. We strongly suggest checking all size guides needed or contacting our shop for further questions before making your purchases.

However, there are certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Clothing with obvious signs of use (stains, tears, fading, rips, wrong size)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error
- Any items that are not compatible with items from receipt. (Wrong item/items sent). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a bit of information to verify the order under observation.


Please do not send your purchase back to us unless it has been approved by us, through email. (sales@shopkdr.com)

Do not purchase from websites claiming to be ShopKDR; we are not responsible for purchases/services/refunds made on any site other than our own: www.ShopKDR.com 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected via email, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund/partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@shopkdr.com. Include your Name, Order Number, and Contact Information and we will help as soon and effectively as we can.

Giveaways
In the rare occasions where ShopKDR hosts a giveaway, whether solo or with other collaborators/businesses, we advise you to respond promptly within 3 business days to claim your prize. Unfortunately, any prizes will be forfeited after the 3 business days. The next person in the running will be reached within 1 month from the giveaway end date. Prize winnings are as detailed, no substitutions nor exchanges can be made.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@shopkdr.com. Here we will see if the exchange can be made due to stock availability or other reasons. 



Handmade Disclaimer
The product(s) you receive may vary slightly from the product image because it is 100% handmade. The beauty of this imperfection is that, although we may have inconsistencies and slight differences, your purchase(s) are truly one of a kind. Even if all the pieces are cut from the same type of fabric, we carefully design each one with time and close attention.


Handmade items can NOT be returned, as stated in the Return Policy.

All custom orders will take 5-7 business days (or longer) to create. Please be aware that once the special order is placed it cannot be reversed, undone, or revised. Your order, once placed, will be sent to us and we can begin making your custom swimwear piece. Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Please read our refund policy to be fully informed about the purchase you will be making; Prints and colors may appear different due to monitor or screen used. Prints and colors are cut and handmade to order, after the order is placed. Pieces cannot be duplicated as handmade orders are unique and made one at a time, making every order specially made and as close to the product description. Check the SIZE GUIDE and Policies before ANY purchases are made. Exclusivity to the design and fabric choices made for your order can NOT be made and the item may become commercially available or recreated.

Shipping
To return your product, when approved, you should mail your product to the address provided by email, if approved. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs charged when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items that have been returned without approval will not be dealt with; forfeiting all items sent/included in the package sent.
