Thank you for ordering at ShopKDR! Every piece is custom and carefully handmade to order, so please review our shipping details before purchasing.

Processing Time All items are handmade and require 5–10 business days to create before shipment. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 14 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after processing, depending on your location and local customs procedures. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable with shipping selection). You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
